大手総合設備会社の現場事務所内で、事務+簡単な図面処理をお願いします。

データセンターの新規開設工事に係る事務所です。

未経験OK基本残業なし・車両通勤もOK&無料Pも完備しています

・電話対応、メール対応、来客対応、お茶出し、備品管理、郵便物の仕分けや発送

・安全書類のチェック(Buildeeやグリーンサイトシステムを使用)

・社内システム入力、データ入力、ファイリング、伝票処理、請求書処理

・備品購入や発注、工事関係資料作成およびチェック、事務所内の清掃

・図面処理(電気設備図・建築図面の作成や修正作業 ※未経験OK)

・申請書類作成(施工計画書など)など付随する業務

・その他・付随する庶務事務サポート
