【仕事内容】

水道本管や給排水設備工事の

現場監督業務全般をお任せします。

即戦力として現場の主担当を担い、

地域のインフラ整備に

貢献していただくことを期待しています

<具体的な業務内容>

工程・品質・安全・コストの管理

作業スタッフ・協力業者への指示・調整

施工図や書類の作成・管理

顧客や発注者との打ち合わせ・調整

写真整理や完了報告書の作成

など

事務作業は

社内の事務スタッフが担当するので

現場に集中できる環境です

施工エリアは千葉県内のみ(船橋・市川・松戸・柏・千葉ニュータウン等/最遠で浦安まで)。

県のライセンスに基づき、千葉県水道局などから

安定的に案件を受注しています。

依頼が多く、元請として対応しきれない分を

下請けに依頼するほどです。

【現場はチームで対応】

1つの現場は10名前後で対応(下請け含む)。

付き合いの長い業者さんが多く、

顔見知りの関係で連携もスムーズ。

和やかな雰囲気の中で仕事が進められますよ。

現場監督経験のある方

(配管・空調・土木・建設など)

1級または2級管工事施工管理技士の

Q:東和工業に入社したきっかけは?

前職は家電量販店の販売スタッフでした。

仕事にやりがいはありましたが、

長く続けられるかという不安もありました。

そんなとき、インフラ業界は将来性があると知り

「水道」という生活に不可欠な分野に携われる

東和工業に興味を持ちました。

Q:実際に働いてみてどうですか?

最初は右も左もわからず不安でしたが、

先輩たちが本当に丁寧に教えてくれて、

一歩一歩、現場に慣れていけました。

入社から10年、今では担当現場を持って

チームをまとめる立場になりました。

現場作業に集中できるよう、

写真整理などの事務作業を分業して

くれているので助かりますね。

Q:働きやすさについて教えてください

残業は少なくて、19時前には

帰れることがほとんどです。

結婚して家庭を持ってからは

特にありがたく感じています。

GWや年末年始にはしっかり休める

計画有給制度もあるので、

家族旅行にも行けています。

去年は思い切ってマイホームも

購入しました(笑)。
