住友電工オプティフロンティアは光ケーブル・光コネクタや光融着接続機などの

情報通信関連製品メーカーとして、グローバルに事業を展開しています。

①職務内容

・主に海外の生産拠点で製造する北米向けを中心とした、

AIデータセンター用光コネクタ加工に関する生産技術業務、工場改善/管理業務。

・海外生産拠点への出張あり。将来的な海外赴任可能性あり(目安3〜5年程度)。

②具体的にお任せする業務

・新製品の工程設計・生産立上げ

・海外工場への移管・量産化

・工場の品質/生産性改善

設計、生産技術、営業技術、研究開発等の専門技術的業務

総務、人事、経理、営業、事業計画等の企画・調整・調査等の業務

応募資格

<必須要件>(資格/専門知識/能力)

・大卒以上

・生産技術業務に従事経験がある方

・工場管理業務に従事経験がある方

<語学力>(英語/その他言語等)

・トラベル英会話程度の英語力

<歓迎要件>

・製造業の海外工場での駐在経験

・2D/3D-CADを用いた設計・製図経験

・プロセスにおける自働化の経験

待遇

  • 契約期間:期間の定めなし(正社員)

  • 試用期間:あり(3カ月)

  • 勤務時間:

8:30 〜 17:15 (標準労働時間 7時間45分、休憩 60分)

※フレックスタイム制あり(コアタイムは部門により異なる)

  • 時間外・休日・深夜労働に対する特別の割増率:あり

主席以上には深夜割り増しを除いて基準外賃金は支給しない。

  • 休日・休暇:

年間休日120日以上(完全週休2日制、年末年始休暇、夏季、GWなど)、

年次有給休暇20日(翌年繰越は最高20日)、

積立休暇 (最高50日まで有給休暇を積立可能)、

リフレッシュ休暇、5日連続有給休暇、特別休暇(慶弔休暇など)、

計画有休制度(個人計画有休5日、部門計画有休2日)、

半日有給休暇、時間単位有給休暇 ほか

※初年度は入社月により異なります。

  • 賃金:

経験、能力等を考慮し、当社規定により支給いたします。

初任給:大卒 月給29万0,000円(2025年4月実績)

修士了 月給30万7,200円(2025年4月実績)

昇給:年1回 (4月)

賞与:年2回 (6月・12月)
