具体的には勘定系ホスト 預金為替システムにおける新サービス取り込みPJT及び保守PJTの開発リーダー、また災害対策としてバックアップ機への本番運用切替作業を担当(被災時のみ)。
【具体的な業務内容】
預金為替システムの要件定義・設計等の上流工程、開発・保守等の一連の管理/プロジェクトの全体管理や品質管理/プライムベンダーとして顧客や協業他社等のステークホルダーとの連携など。
小規模(1人月程度)~大規模(300人月程度)、また汎用系・オープン系それぞれのPJTが多数ございます。

【求める人材】
【必須スキル・経験】
■PMまたはPL経験
■中規模案件(30人月以上)の開発リーダー経験及び上流工程(基礎検討/基本設計)を含めた開発経験3年以上
■関係者との各種調整経験
■柔軟な対応力,コミュニケーション能力,問題解決能力(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
