【プロジェクト概要】 大手Fintech企業と国内メガバンクグループが提携し、新しいデジタルバンクを設立する大規模プロジェクトです。中小企業(SMB)および個人ユーザーの課題をテクノロジーの力で解決し、新しい金融体験をゼロから構築することを目指しています。 本ポジションは、この新会社設立に向けた準備組織(または新会社)への出向という形で、コアメンバーとして参画していただきます。
【募集背景】 現在、デジタルバンクの開業に向けた開発が本格化しており、信頼性と俊敏性を兼ね備えたバンキングシステムを構築するためのバックエンドエンジニアを募集しています。 スタートアップのようなスピード感を持つチームで、グループ会社の知見を活かしながら、業界最高水準の金融サービスを共に創り上げていくフェーズです。
業務内容
アプリケーション開発チームのソフトウェアエンジニアとして、世界的なクラウド勘定系プラットフォーム(Cloud Banking Platform)を活用し、デジタルバンクの基幹システムの設計・開発を担当していただきます。
具体的な業務:
預金、融資、決済、会計、内国為替、全銀ネット接続など、銀行業務に関するドメイン知識の習得とシステムへの落とし込み。
スクラムチームのテックリードとしての開発推進。
プロダクトオーナー(PO)と連携した要件定義および仕様策定。
静的コード解析、ソフトウェア構成分析、SAST/DASTなどの品質ゲートを通過し、かつ数値的正確性を担保したコードの開発・テスト・デプロイ。
APIを中心とした高パフォーマンスかつスケーラブルなマイクロサービスの設計・構築。
APIテストを含むテスト自動化の推進と継続的な改善活動。
ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル全体への責任とコミットメント。
開発体制:
PM、バックエンド、フロントエンド、QA、SREなどのクロスファンクションなメンバーで構成される小規模かつ俊敏なチームです。
密なコミュニケーションを取りながら開発を進めます。
応募資格(必須)
以下の領域における、十分な実務経験と専門知識をお持ちの方。
Java または Kotlin、および Spring Boot を用いたハンズオン開発経験(目安:5年以上)。
SQL、Apache Kafka、および関連技術の実務経験。
テストコードの作成およびテスト自動化の経験。
RDB/NoSQLを含むデータベースの利用経験(トランザクション管理、クエリ最適化、スキーマ設計など)。
スケーラビリティ、保守性を考慮したマイクロサービスアーキテクチャおよびAPI設計の経験。
ドメイン知識(金融業界に限らず)を深く理解し、開発に落とし込んだ経験。
CI/CDの概念理解と実践経験。
AWS、Azure、GCPなどの主要クラウド環境におけるクラウドネイティブアプリケーションの開発経験。
コンピュータサイエンス関連分野の学士号・修士号、または同等の実務経験。
【語学力】
日本語: ビジネスレベル
英語: ビジネスレベル(TOEIC 700点相当以上、ドキュメント読解およびコミュニケーションが可能なレベル)
歓迎スキル・経験
銀行やFintech企業などの金融機関での就業経験。
簿記や複式簿記に関する基礎知識。
CCP(中央清算機関)や決済メカニズムに関する知識。
クラウド環境における本番運用までのCI/CDパイプライン構築経験。
AI開発経験、またはAIツールを活用した開発プロセス改善の経験(AIを活用した業務効率化やプロダクトへの統合に関心がある方)。
