【仕事概要】

同社が自社開発している新規SaaSプロダクトのシステム運用保守をお任せします。

【仕事内容】

  • お願いしたい業務

新規プロダクトのシステム全般(アプリ/インフラ)の運用保守業務をお任せします。

・監視業務(プロセス監視/リソース監視)

アプリケーションのプロセスが正常に作動しているかどうか、

サーバのCPUやメモリに負荷はないか、 ハードウェアの利用状況に問題は無いか、などを

監視することで、システムの安定稼働に貢献いただきます。

・アラート検知/原因調査/復旧対応/レポート作成や報告/恒久対策の実施

上記の監視業務を実施いただく中で、不具合やシステムエラーが発見された場合に、

復旧対応や再発防止に向けた検討策の実施を担っていただきます。

・システム運用の設計

現状実施しているシステム運用オペレーションを一通り理解いただいた後には、

運用の効率化/自動化を目指し、あるべき運用業務を新しく定義/設計いただきます。

  • ご経験やスキルに応じて追加でお任せしたい業務

インフラ設計業務、ベンダーとの折衝

  • 1日の流れ

・09:00-10:00 出社、チーム朝会

・10:00-12:00 自身のタスクを行う(適宜他社員とのコミュニケーション)

・12:00-13:00 お昼休憩

・13:00-13:30 外部ベンダーとの打ち合わせ

・13:30-14:00 運用チームとの打ち合わせ

・14:00-16:00 自身のタスクを行う(適宜他社員とのコミュニケーション)

・16:00-16:15 マネージャーレビュー

・16:15-16:30 チーム内振り返り

・16:30-18:00 自身のタスクを行う(適宜他社員とのコミュニケーション)

・18:00-20:00 必要に応じて残業

・スキル: インフラ構築や保守を実装だけではなく、設計からご自身で主導して進められる方

  • 1人で完結する必要はありません。適宜補助をもらいながら推進できればOKです

・経験(前職企業など): Sansanなど、自社でSaasを展開している企業のご経験がある方
