当社で運営するベンナビ(弁護士とのマッチングプラットフォーム)のCV数増加に向け、SEOコンテンツディレクターとして携わっていただける方を募集します

SEOをメインとしておりますが、それ以外の手法なども積極的に取り入れておりますので、SEOだけでなく他の手法も積極的に取り入れたいという方からの応募もお待ちしております

当社が運営する「ベンナビシリーズ」は、地域や相談内容を指定して弁護士・法律相談所を検索できるサービスです。

離婚・交通事故・相続・労働問題・刑事事件・債権回収・債務整理・ITの8つの分野で構成される、専門分野ごとで独立したサービスを提供し、ユーザーが抱える法律トラブルに合った弁護士・法律事務所を見つけることができます。

▍仕事内容

コンテンツSEO施策経由のCV数を予実管理~施策実行

ベンナビ離婚やベンナビ相続など、各ベンナビサイトに用意されているコラムページの順位向上並びにCV数を伸ばす為、施策実行をしていただく予定です。

▍具体的な業務内容

・自社メディアのコンテンツSEO力向上に関する業務

・コンテンツSEO評価向上の為の方針の見直し、運用、記事リライトや新記事作成

・GoogleAnalyticsやサーチコンソール、GRCを用いた数値分析

・セッション数、CV数の増減の確認、記事の順位確認、要因分析

・コンテンツSEO経由のセッション数やCV数、該当ページの検索順位を観測

・業務委託のライターやインターン生のディレクション

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥374,000 〜 ¥584,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥97,600〜¥152,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

■月給37.5万円~(①+②+③) ※経験・能力・成果に応じて優遇します。

①基本給 222,400円~

②DC拠出可能給基準額 55,000円

③固定残業手当 97,600円~

なお、③固定残業手当は時間外労働の有無に関わらず、45時間分の時間外手当として支給いたします。

また、45時間を超える時間外労働分の割増賃金は、上記①②③とは別に支給いたします。

▽STEP2:実務_業務委託ライターの納品物検収(~1か月)

提携している業務委託ライターから納品される記事の検収業務。実際にライターさんとやりとりを行っていただきます。

▽STEP3:実務_数値分析

キーワードリサーチ、コンテンツ最適化、リンクビルディング、そして競合分析など、SEOに特化したテクニカルな知識をさらに深めていただきます。施策実行後は効果検証も行いながらPDCAを回していきます。

▽STEP4:実務_取引先との折衝(1か月後~)

売上の最大化を目的とし、提携している広告代理店との交渉を行いつつ、また他事業部とも連携を取りながら組織全体のマーケティング戦略を設計・実行していきます。
