【ポジション紹介】

ASEAN市場における投資用不動産ならびに周辺領域の事業立ち上げ及びマーケティング戦略・戦術立案と、実行全般を担当していただきます。(1名採用予定)

不動産業界におけるテック化の遅れ、それに伴うマイナスイメージは業界の課題のひとつとなっております。

課題解決、そして業界に変革を起こすというミッションの下、顧客視点でマーケティング戦略立案ができるプロフェッショナルなマーケターが必要不可欠となっております。

【業務内容】

市場セグメント特定、競争環境の分析、ターゲットおよび提供価値の策定と実現戦略を立案していただきます。

■タイにおけるタイ国内外の投資用不動産及び周辺領域の顧客獲得を目的としたマーケティング戦略立案と実行

■戦略に基づくプロダクト開発やオンライン・オフラインのプロモーション施策の企画、関係者との連携による実行

■デジタルマーケティング、データアナリティクスの専門家と協働し、再現性とスケーラビリティの観点からの中期戦略立案。

【求める人材】

【必須経験・スキル】

■海外において、自身で新規事業を立ち上げて牽引する好奇心と胆力のある方。タイ駐在前提なので、タイに駐在可能な方。

■チームマネジメント経験(5年以上)

※管理職経験がなくても、チームリードや横断組織のチームリード5年以上も可

■英語及び日本語での実務コミュニケーション能力

■TOEIC750点以上

■留学経験不要

■下記いずれかのご経験

事業会社での戦略立案など、新規事業立ち上げやマーケティング戦略構築~実行の実務経験(5年以上)
自社サービスや製品のマーケティング業務に関わる市場探索・開拓の経験

【歓迎経験・スキル】

■新規事業立ち上げ、会社立ち上げに携わった経験 規模問わず

■市場や顧客の探索的な調査、定性・定量調査の設計・企画・実行の経験

■海外駐在もしくは海外PJTの経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
