概要:自社選定サポートサービスにおけるフロントエンド開発業務。
React/TypeScriptを用いた開発、生成AI/LLMを活用した開発フロー改善、
テスト・Linter・CI整備による保守性向上、生成AI活用時の品質向上施策、
他チームの生産性向上支援などを担当。

求める人材:
必須スキル:
・ReactおよびTypeScriptを用いた実務経験3年以上
・テスト導入、Linter設定、CI環境構築などを通じた保守性向上の実績
・可読性・拡張性を意識した設計およびリファクタリングの実務経験
・生成AI/LLMを活用したアプリケーション開発経験(個人開発含む)
・生成AIにおけるルール設計やコンテキスト最適化を行い、アウトプット品質を改善した経験(個人開発含む)
尚可スキル:
・生成AIを活用した品質担保の仕組みをチームへ導入した経験
・フロントエンドのカスタムLint整備経験
・フロントエンド全体のテスト設計経験
