概要
物流倉庫 (以下、CFC)において、日々確実にお客様に商品をお届けするために、日本のチームメンバー、クライアント、UKを始めとする全世界のCFCの同僚と協働しながら、日々の入荷・出荷オペレーションの効率を上げる。
具体的な業務としては、オペレーションに関する手順書などを作成したり、メンテナンス計画を立てたり、オペレーション上の問題を解決するために情報収集をしたり、UKのエキスパートから意見を求めたり、などである。

主な仕事相手
CFCではEngineering Operationsというグループに所属し、以下のメンバーと日々一緒に仕事をします。
オペレーションマネージャー(上司の上司)
チームマネージャー(上司) テクニシャン/シニアテクニシャン
海外のオペレーションエキスパート
役割及び責任
- 日々前日の実績を分析し、メンテナンス計画を立てる。
- 手順書などの文書を、作成・改訂をし、必要に応じてトレーニング計画を立てる。
- CFC内で解決出来ない問題に対し、UKへエスカレーションを行い、UKおよび他国メンバーやサプライヤーとともに、問題を解決に導く
- 信頼性を向上させるために必要なデータを収集したり、分析したりする。各シフトチームや他部署と連携を図りつつ、設備稼働の信頼性を向上させる
- 工具・消耗品を管理し、必要に応じて、購入計画を立てる。
- 現場の日々の5S活動(整理・整頓・清掃・清潔・しつけ)を実施する。
- 最新の設備やシステムを導入するプロジェクトに参加し、担当エリアをリードする。
必要な知識、技術及び経験
手順書などが日本語で書かれており、また、クライアントと日本語でコミュニケーションをとるため、ネイティブな日本語を話し、読み書きする力は必須である。また、海外とのコミュニケーションも多く、ミーティングや、不定期に海外からエンジニアの来訪等もあるため、ビジネスレベルの英語は必須

勤務形態
基本、日勤帯(8:30-17:30 実働1日8時間)とする。
