・営業事務および総務業務のサポート全般

・主担当者の指示に従い、営業資料の作成・管理

・顧客対応および電話応対、メール対応

・受注データの入力・管理、納期調整

・社内経理

・請求書の発行および発送準備

・備品管理、事務所内の整理整頓

・郵便物の仕分け・発送

・会議室の予約、来客対応

・その他、営業事務および総務業務全般のサポート

1.営業事務・総務・経理の実務経験をお持ちの方(年数・ポジションなど不問)歓迎

2.基本的なPCスキル(Word・Excel・PowerPoin・メール等)

9:00~18:00(休憩1時間/実働8時間)

※週3日~・1日6時間~勤務可能
