【具体的な仕事内容】

・データに基づく放置自転車対策の立案

・駐輪場の運営施策の立案と実行

・自治体や他事業者との折衝業務

・月次や年次の報告書、事業提案書の作成

・業務へのシステム導入推進

・スタッフの勤怠管理や業務研修 など

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 30万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万9000円 〜 8万2000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間 〜 30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・賞与は、基本給の4ヶ月分を支給(夏期・冬期それぞれ2ヶ月分)

・期末賞与の支給(経営成績により支給)

・固定残業制(みなし残業)20~30時間分

超過した場合でも残業代は100%支給されます

550万円/(基本給28万円+固定残業、賞与/キャリア入社2年目)

590万円/(基本給30万円+固定残業、賞与/キャリア入社4年目)
