役割について
私たちは、日本のアートとアンティークの専門家を探しています。この役割では、日本のアートオークションをサポートし、アジア市場で新しい売り手をオンボードすることが求められます。
あなたの役割
日本のアートとアンティークの専門家として、ユーザーから提出されたロットの評価と整理に密接に関与します。あなたの専門知識と広範なネットワークを活用して、毎週魅力的なロットリストを作成する責任があります。
Catawikiは、ユーザー取引をできるだけ透明で公正に保つことを目指しており、あなたの専門知識と経験はこの基準を維持する上で重要な役割を果たします。あなたは、ユーザーにとって興味深いアイテムが何であるかを熟知しています。ロットのタイトル、説明、写真をレビューし、これに基づいてユーザーに推定価値を提供します。提出を拒否する必要がある場合は、プロフェッショナルかつ丁寧な方法で行います。
日本のアートとアンティークに関する明確な専門知識を持ち、すでにオンラインで販売しているディーラーの強力なネットワークを持つ候補者を求めています。これには、業界内のディーラー、ギャラリー、キュレーター、職人、または情熱的なコレクターが含まれる場合があります。
あなたが持っているべきもの
専門家はフルタイムでの従事を約束します。類似の職務での学位や経験は必ずしも必要ありませんが、以下の要件があります：
- 日本のアートとアンティークに関する専門知識;
- アジアのアートとアンティークに関する一般的な知識は大きなプラス;
- Catawiki、1stDibs、Ebayなどの主要プラットフォームでのプロフェッショナルな取引経験;
- オークション戦略の最適化に関する理解（最低価格、販売率、キャッシュフロー）;
- オークションパフォーマンスを監視し、トレンドに基づいて売り手を指導するための優れた分析スキル;
- 文書化された商業経験;
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル;
- 良好なコンピュータースキル;
- あなたの分野における潜在的な売り手や専門家のネットワーク;
- ユーザー間の紛争において仲介者として行動するための外交的能力;
- 日本語と英語の良好なコマンド（必要に応じて英語のコースが提供される場合があります）。
勤務地
日本（好ましくは）または香港に拠点を置き、在宅勤務の形態で働きます。
