今回募集するのは、

空調自動制御機器と呼ばれる空調システムの

点検・メンテナンススタッフ。

温度や湿度を管理し、

施設の安全や快適さを保つ自動調節機器を

異常がないか定期的にチェックし、

修理や保全を行っていただきます。

建物の快適な環境を守る、

日常生活に欠かせない仕事のため、

人の暮らしを支える誇りを感じながら、

一生必要とされる技術が身につけられます

  • 作業する現場について

主に兵庫県や大阪府にある

・オフィスビルや研究施設

・ショッピングモール等の大型商業施設

・病院や工場

などを訪問し、メンテナンスを行います。

作業は2~3名のチームで実施。

1現場あたり1日~1週間程度で

作業を行います。

※稀に遠方への出張業務もあり

※場合により休日・夜間作業の場合あり

(繁忙期を除き振替休日対応)

(2)知識が身についたら

簡単な定期点検からスタート。

慣れてきたら、機器の調整といった

修繕・メンテナンスにも挑戦。

(3)技術・知識が一定レベルに達したら、

アズビル社の試験を受けて

ライセンスを取得可能

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

電気通信工事や消防設備士のスキルや

保守点検の知識が活かせます。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 22日

9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

完全週休2日制(土日祝休み+他)

※基本給・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 20万円 〜 23万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万4000円 〜 4万4000円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 一律手当内訳

・一律住宅手当:1万円

・一律昼食(固定)手当:1万円

・通信手当:4000円

・職能手当:0~2万円

※試用期間でスキル・能力を見て、職能手当は変動します。

※昇給あり(月4000円~1万円/前年度実績)
