Technical Infrastructure Manager
A global luxury group is seeking a
Technical Infrastructure Manager
to join its Shared Service organization in Japan. This role is responsible for leading infrastructure strategy, modernization, and security initiatives while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute infrastructure roadmaps aligned with global IT standards.
- Lead IT transformation and standardization initiatives.
- Oversee system and network infrastructure, including lifecycle management and upgrades.
- Manage IT infrastructure for retail projects such as store openings and renovations.
- Collaborate with IT Operations, Business Solutions, and global teams.
- Manage vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost efficiency.
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with global policies.
- Maintain technical documentation and local infrastructure standards.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and IT governance experience.
- Proven track record delivering infrastructure projects in international environments.
- Hands-on expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, Workspace ONE, and enterprise networking (Cisco/Meraki/SD-WAN).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Business-level English and Japanese.
- Experience managing change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- IT certifications (ITIL, PMP, CCNP, CISSP, etc.) are a plus.
