お客様のミッションクリティカルな業務を支える基幹システムはビジネスを支える重要なシステムです。多くの企業において、こうしたシステムの多くは、メインフレームプラットフォームで稼働しています。こうしたシステムは安定かつ堅剛である一方で、定常的な運用コスト負荷、短期間で変化するビジネスニーズへの柔軟な対応が容易でないなどが課題になっています。従来のアプリケーション資産を継承しモダナイズすることによりビジネスへの俊敏性と持続性を実現化することは大きなチャレンジです。しかし、モダナイズされたアプリケーションを Amazon Web Services(AWS) のマネージドサービス上で動かすことは、単なるプラットフォームやアプリケーションアセットの刷新にとどまらない、お客様の未来を作る仕事です。モダナイゼーションによってコスト削減、効率化が実現すれば、生成AIなどの最新の技術サービスの活用による新しいアプリケーション開発と新しいビジネスサービスのプロダクトリリースなどの長期的な好循環と価値の享受が期待できます。このようなお客様のビジネストランスフォーメーションの実現のためのプロジェクトをリードするのが Technical Program Manager, Mission Critical Application Modernization です。メインフレームをはじめとするオンプレミスでのシステム開発プロジェクトでのプロジェクトマネジメントやシステム開発における技術的な経験や知識を持ち、企業のメインフレームプラットフォーム上のミッションクリティカルなシステムのモダナイゼーションのリードに興味のある方を求めています。

Key job responsibilities
AWS Professional Servicesでは、AWSの海外のチームと協業し、テストドリブンな移行方法を駆使して、お客様のメインフレーム上で稼働しているミッションクリティカルなアプリケーション資産をAWSへ効率的に移行する AWS Mainframe Modernizationサービスを提供しています。当ポジションのコンサルタントは、これらの移行手法を身につけた上でアプリケーション、インフラストラクチャーなどの技術コンサルタントとともにプロジェクトマネジャーとしてマイグレーションプロジェクトをリードします。そしてお客様が AWS のサービスを活用してスケーラブルで柔軟性のの高いアプリケーションを構築できるよう支援します。また、お客様がアジャイルなソフトウェア開発ができるよう AWS サービスを活用した CI/CD 環境の構築や、お客様の開発チームの組成も支援します。こうした支援を通じた市場へのサービス投入の短縮化やビジネスインパクトの大きなシステムのクラウドへのマイグレーション&モダナイゼーションの実現はとてもエキサイティングな経験になるはずです。

お客様先に常駐はせず、訪問ベースでご支援を提供しています。また、お客様のご要望があればお客様先へ訪問があります。お客様に対してチームで対応するなど体制に柔軟性があり、コアなしフレックス制度やリモートワークも活用し、柔軟でライフステージに合った働きやすい環境が整っております。

Basic Qualifications
5年以上のシステム開発プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジャー経験
3年以上のJavaやSpring ベース Web アプリケーションの開発/テスト経験
CI/CD環境構築経験 ・アジャイルなソフトウェア開発プロジェクトの経験
お客様・AWS パートナー・社内の関係メンバーとのビジネスレベルの日本語読解・ドキュメント作成・コミュニケーション能力
海外のチームと情報共有や議論を進める英語によるコミュニケーション力
Preferred Qualifications
基幹システムのクラウドマイグレーション・モダナイゼーションなどの大規模プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジャー経験
メインフレーム(IBM IBMz, AS400/富士通 GS21/NEC等)、x86以外のレガシーシステムの知識・経験
COBOL、JCL、RPG等の開発言語の知識・経験
AWSサービスを利用したCI/CD開発環境の構築経験
コンテナやサーバレステクノロジーを使用したアーキテクチャ設計、アプリケーション設計とその開発経験
