仕事内容:

■仕事内容

WEBサイト制作および運用に関わる幅広い業務をお任せします。

コーディングを軸にしながら、デザイン調整や更新作業など、

WEBサイトを「つくり、育てる」仕事に携わっていただきます。

案件によってはデザイナーが入らない場合もあり、

バナー作成やレイアウト調整など、デザイン業務も担当していただきます。

限定的なコーディング専門職ではなく、

「コーディングが得意」という強みを活かして、

幅広いWEB制作に関われるポジションです。

<主な業務内容>

1. WEBサイト制作(コーディング+デザイン)

・HTML/CSS/JavaScriptを用いたコーディング

・WordPressのテーマカスタマイズ、固定ページ作成

・デザイン修正、レイアウト構成、バナー制作

・XD/Figmaデータからの忠実な実装、レスポンシブ対応

2. WEBサイト運用・更新業務

・テキスト・画像の更新、ページ追加、リンク修正

・ニュース・採用情報などの更新作業

・運用改善や軽微な修正対応

3. 品質管理・改善提案

・動作検証、表示チェック、軽微な不具合修正

・保守性・表示速度を意識した改善提案

コーディングスキルを中心に、デザイン・運用を含む"サイト全体を支える"やりがいのある仕事です。自分の得意分野を活かしながら、制作力の幅を広げられます。

【必須条件】

・WEBサイトのコーディング実務経験2年以上

・HTML5/CSS3のスキル

・WordPress構築(テーマ編集・固定ページ作成)の経験

・JavaScript(jQuery)を用いた動的実装経験

・SEO/表示速度を意識したコーディング経験

・Photoshop/XD/Figmaでのデザイン経験

・WEBサイト運用や改善提案の実務経験

月給:270,000円〜+諸手当・賞与年1回(業績による)

※経験・スキルを考慮のうえ決定

※固定残業制度なし(残業代は全額支給)

【モデル月収例】

・基本給270,000円+残業手当約33,000円(20時間)=月収約303,000円

・住宅手当利用時は月収約333,000円前後も可能
