仕事内容:

ケアマネジャーとして下記業務をお任せいたします。担当件数は徐々に引き継いでいきますので、安心して勤務可能です。残業は月10時間程度、慣れてくればテレワークも可能です。

<業務概要>

・ご利用者様宅へ訪問(契約・定期訪問・サービス担当者会議・モニタリング)

・ケアプランの作成

・介護認定調査

・介護相談

・その他不随する事務業務

<在籍人数>

・ケアマネージャー9人

◎独り立ちまで先輩がしっかりサポートを実施。教育体制も整っており、未経験の方も安心して勤務可能

◎移動は自転車となります。連絡用に社用携帯を貸与いたします

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥269,150以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥19,250(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給26万9150円~(固定残業代10時間分含む)

賞与:6月・12月支給(年間で約3ヵ月分支給)

認定調査:1件につき2000円支給
