仕事内容:
ホスピス住宅内の訪問介護事業所における介護業務
具体的には、
【入浴介助】清潔ケア、更衣介助、洗髪、洗顔、部分浴、整容、浴室への移動介助
【食事介助】摂取動作介助、声掛け、見守り、配膳・下膳
【排泄介助】おむつ介助、見守り、トイレ誘導
【生活援助】室内清掃、環境整備、洗濯
<1日の流れ(例)>
■早番の場合
7:00~9:00 夜勤より情報共有、モーニングケア
9:00~11:00 入浴介助、生活支援
11:00~12:00 昼休憩
12:00~14:00 食事介助、清潔ケア
14:00~14:30 全体カンファレンス
14:30~15:30 おむつ交換、生活支援
15:30~16:00 申し送り、書類整理
アピールポイント:
20代~60代まで幅広い年齢層が在籍しており、
30代~50代のミドル層が中心となっています。
スタッフ多くが女性ですが、管理職として活躍している男性スタッフもいます。
現在新施設のオープンも控えているので、
ポストチャンスも豊富にあり、
現場スタッフとして経験を積んだ後の
キャリアアップチャンスの機会も多くあります。
たとえば、
訪問介護スタッフ→上位資格の取得
→介護福祉士資格取得後にサービス提供責任者
→介護管理者→ホーム長など。
社歴に関わらず、誰にでもチャンスはあるので、

外部研修受講支援制度を活用して参加することも可能です。

・介護福祉士
◎ブランク、転職回数、訪問介護のご経験などは一切問いません。

・3大介助の実務経験経験3年以上の方
・看取りを行う施設での勤務経験をお持ちの方
・神経難病や障がい者に関わる業務での勤務経験をお持ちの方
・訪問介護ステーションでの勤務経験をお持ちの方
・施設内訪問介護の経験をお持ちの方
・老人福祉施設での勤務経験をお持ちの方
・介護保険、障害福祉サービスに関する知識をお持ちの方
・オープニングスタッフでの勤務経験をお持ちの方
・管理職、サービス提供責任者での勤務経験をお持ちの方
勤務時間・曜日:
シフト制
1)早番7:00~16:00(休憩60分)
2)日勤 8:30~17:30(休憩60分)
3)遅番11:00~20:00(休憩60分)
4)夜勤 17:00~翌9:00(休憩60分)
※時間外 平均5時間/月(残業はほとんどありません)
※1か月単位の変形労働時間制
残業あり(月5時間)
休暇・休日:
【年間公休110日】
※月暦日により月8~9日。
※夏期特別休暇(3日)・冬期特別休暇(3日)を含みます。

月給 277,000円〜452,500円
●賞与:年2回(6月/12月)

※残業代は全額支給します。
※上記月給は、諸手当・夜勤手当を含めて算出しております。
※昇給・賞与は会社業績及び人事考課により支給
