職務内容
【業務概要】
・SDV全体の事業戦略・技術戦略につなげるための動向調査・分析・戦略提言をお任せします。
【業務詳細】
・自動運転(AD/ADAS)や車載インフォテインメント(IVI)、電気電子アーキテクチャ(E&E)を中心とした最新技術に関する顧客価値や技術トレンド、使われ方の調査/競争力分析
・「顧客価値」と「事業」と「技術」を、股にかけ、顧客のライフスタイルに対し、どの程度のコストで販売するのか、ユーザー体験を実現するのかの調査・戦略企画。
・サプライヤ含む競合他社の動向調査(装備適用・コスト分析)と社内技術部門へのフィードバック・要素技術トレンド調査。アルゴリズムや技術の構造理解(AI/自動運転/インフォテイメント/デジタルサービス/知能化/E&E/ITシステム/ソフトウェアアプリケーションなど)
(AI関係の最先端技術の調査。そのための人工知能学会への参加など)
・上記にもとづく技術戦略の示唆出し

★「SDV(ソフトウェア・デファインド・ビークル)」とは・・・クルマを制御するソフトウェアをアップデートし続けることで、販売後も機能を増やしたり性能を高めたりすることができる次世代のクルマのこと。例としてOTAアップデート(Over The Air:スマホやクルマなどのデバイスのソフトウェアをデータ通信で更新・変更すること)により、乗車者の状況に応じた最適な状態を構築できる世界を目指しています。

・安全運転支援/自動運転/インフォテイメント/デジタルサービス/ AIなどの知能化/E&E/ITシステム/ソフトウェアアプリケーション等の技術に関する量産/先行/研究開発経験や、知見
・技術動向調査、論文・特許の読み込みなどへの関心
【上記に加え、あれば望ましい経験・スキル】
・自動車業界またはIoT業界での先端技術領域の調査・企画経験
・AI開発経験(画像認識/音声/自然言語/レコメンド等)
・データサイエンティスト/アルゴリズムエンジニアなどの実務経験
・AI学会や特許調査などの実務経験
※社内DX推進等、AIを「活用」されている方より、AIアルゴリズムやインフォテイメント等、AIのコア技術を理解されている方を歓迎します。
