●お任せする業務内容

Amazonを主軸とした通信販売事業におけるカスタマーサポート部門のSV(スーパーバイザー)をお任せします。

【具体的には】

  • スタッフからの質問対応・エスカレーション対応
  • 顧客満足度など各種KPI向上に向けた施策立案・実行
  • VOC(Voice of Customer)の集計・分析
  • 出荷データを含む倉庫・物流部門との連携

当社のCSチームには、小売店や音楽事務所など多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーが在籍しています。コンタクトセンター業務にとどまらず、幅広い知見・経験を積める環境です。

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務曜日:月曜~金曜(年数回、土日祝勤務あり)

・フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間8時間/日、コアタイム10:30〜15:15)

・繁忙期に時間外勤務あり(残業代全額支給)

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

※繁忙期に一部土日勤務あり。(土日祝は在宅のみ)

※土日祝メイン希望の方優遇
