・相続調査

・不動産仲介業務、不動産管理

・相続調査、不動産調査

・行政機関への資料提出、調査

・契約書などの書類作成

・提携士業との連絡

上司、先輩と一緒に行動し丁寧に指導していきます。

不動産業界勤務経験者、宅地建物取引士等の資格を有する方も歓迎いたします。

· コミュニケーションが出来る方

· 基本的なPC操作(Word,Excel,メール)ができる方

· 秘密保持契約が遵守出来る方

【必要な免許】

社有車があるため普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

宅地建物取引士資格をお持ちの方あれば尚可

勤務時間・曜日:

就業時間:10:00~18:30(休憩60分)

残業(時間外労働):月平均5時間ほど

休暇・休日:

休日:週休二日制

土、日、祝日他(年末年始、夏季休暇、GW)

アクセス:

京浜東北線 桜木町駅 5分

東急みなとみらい線 みなとみらい駅 5分

給与:

給与:月 300,000円~500,000円(その他手当 売上歩合)

試用期間あり 3か月間 月270,000円(基本給+売上歩合+その他手当)

※経験、スキルにより考慮

雇用形態:正社員

通勤手当:全額支給(マイカー通勤不可)

昇給:年1回(業績による)

賞与:年2回(業績による)
