【職務概要】

同社のコミュニケーションデザイナーとして、マーケティングSaaS『Synergy』のマーケティングに関わるグラフィックデザインを担当していただきます。マーケティング担当者をはじめ、広報担当者、営業、インサイドセールス、サポート、プロダクトマーケティングマネージャーと連携し、WebサイトやWeb広告、ホワイトペーパー資料、展示会ブースやパンフレットなど幅広い販促物制作のクリエイティブディレクションやデザイン業務をお任せいたします。

【職務詳細】

・製品の販促物の企画からグラフィックデザイン制作

・製品サイトディレクションや制作、運用、改善業務

・ブランディングのためのデザインシステムの運用、品質管理

・デザインプロセス全体の設計

※経験スキルに応じて、徐々に業務領域を広げていただきます

1週目:会社・事業理解、デザイナーメンバーやマーケティング担当者との顔合わせ、担当業務理解

1ヶ月目:チームメンバーやメンターのサポートのもと、実務(OJT)を通じた案件対応

3ヶ月目:担当業務の独り立ちを目指し、定期的に振り返りしながら、定着を目指します

・デザインシステムの理解

・マーケティング活動を意識したブランドデザインコントロールの経験

・WebやLP制作における企画やディレクション、改善サイクルの実施、コーディング知識と実務経験

・GA4やGTMなどの設定やデータ分析経験

・Web広告に関する知識

【働き方】

原則として木曜日をグループ定例に合わせた出社日にしているため、週1出社、月4出社を想定しております。その他はリモート勤務可能です。

【給与】

年収:600万~800万程度

月給制:月額462000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(業績賞与・成果賞与)

昇給:年1回
