Q. どんな施設ですか?
A. 全室個室で完全プライバシーが守られた49室の住宅型有料老人ホームです。要介護1~5の方が入居され、特殊機械浴槽2台完備で安心です。
Q. 具体的に何をするの?
A. 食事・入浴・排泄介助などの日常生活援助と、一人ひとりの身体状況に合わせた個別ケアを行います。記録はタブレットで簡単に入力できます。
Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?
A. 先輩職員がマンツーマンで丁寧に指導します。入社後1ヵ月目、3ヵ月目に新人導入研修を実施し、基本的な知識から気持ちの面まで丁寧にサポートします。

勤務時間・曜日:
変形労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)
(1) 07:00~16:00(休憩60分)
(2) 11:00~20:00(休憩60分)
(3) 15:00~09:00 夜勤(休憩120分)
※(1)~(3)のシフト制 ※夜勤は月4~5回程度 ※月平均労働時間:168時間 ※時間外労働:月平均3時間
