障がい者支援施設の生活支援スタッフ

【勤務条件の概要】

・雇用形態:アルバイト・パート(シフト制)

・勤務地:大阪府豊能郡能勢町下田尻20番地

・施設:社会福祉法人 四幸舎和会「障がい者支援施設 くりのみ園」

・給与:時給1,220円~1,270円(勤務時間帯により変動)

・シフト:日勤・早出・遅出・夜勤から選択可

【主な業務】

・知的障がい、自閉症のある利用者様の生活全般にわたる支援補助

・日中活動プログラムの支援補助

・食事介助、トイレ介助、入浴介助などの支援補助

※正職員の補助的な役割です。

【勤務シフト】

・日勤:8:30~17:15(休憩45分)

・早出:7:15~16:00(休憩45分)

・遅出:12:00~20:45(休憩45分)

日勤(8:30~17:15)、早出(7:15~16:00)、遅出(12:00~20:45)、夜勤(16:00~翌9:30)の中から選択可能です。日勤のみの勤務、夜勤を含むローテーション勤務のどちらにも対応しています。扶養内勤務も可能なため、子育て中の方や家事と両立したい方も無理なく働けます。

■高水準の時給と充実した手当制度

時給1,220円~1,270円に加え、夜勤手当8,000円/回、年末年始手当3,000円/日を支給します。資格をお持ちの方には資格手当(初任者研修+10円、実務者研修+20円、介護福祉士+30円、社会福祉士+30円)が加算されます。毎年10円の昇給制度があり、処遇改善加算最高ランク取得施設として充実した待遇を提供しています。
