ReGACY Innovation Groupは、イノベーション創出に特化した総合支援ファームです。 私たちは「構想」にとどまらず、「事業化・収益化」までを一気通貫で支援するために、以下の3つの軸でサービスを展開しています。 MX(Management Transformation)|経営変革支援 BP(Business Produce)|新規事業創出 GA(Growth Accelerator)|事業成長の加速 「提案して終わり」ではなく、「成果が出るまで」動ききる。 それが、ReGACYが目指すイノベーション支援のあり方です。 【募集背景】 大学、高等専門学校を対象にした研究シーズの事業化に向けた伴走支援プロジェクトを実施しており、日々そのニーズは高まるばかりです。 今後さらなる成長を見据えてマネージャーを特別増員募集しています。 チーム構成 まだま少数精鋭ではありますが、現在20名弱の組織(昨年比150%成長)となっており、 コンサルティングファーム、官公庁、大企業、メガベンチャー、NPO団体などの様々なバックグラウンドを持ったメンバーで構成されております。 互いの持っている知見を出し合いながら協力し合える体制ができております。を特別増員募集しています。 これまでの経験やスキルに応じて、適したプロジェクト・業務へアサインさせていただきます。 手触り感を持ちながら真にインパクトのある事業を生み出し、イノベーション・エコシステムを発展させていくところにお力をお貸しいただけませんか? 【業務内容】 ・日本全体のイノベーション・エコシステムの発展に向けた各種プロジェクトの企画、実行のプロジェクトリード -大学、高等専門学校を対象にした研究シーズの事業化に向けた伴走支援プロジェクト -イノベーション・エコシステムの発展に向けた、中央省庁、関係機関に向けた政策提言、研究会の企画運営 ・プロジェクトの立ち上げに向けた初期仮説の構築、論点設計、スケジュール、マイルストン策定 ・プロジェクトの進捗・課題管理、クライアントミーティングのファシリテーション ・プロジェクトメンバーのマネジメント、育成 ・個別のプログラム(オープンイノベーション、研究シーズの事業化等)に対する、スタートアップや地域企業、大学研究者等への伴走支援 ・ジュニアメンバー育成に向けた社内トレーニングの企画・実行
必須スキル
・コンサルティングファームや事業会社におけるプロジェクトマネージャー経験(プロジェクトの立ち上げから終了までの一連をリードした経験) ・スタートアップエコシステムや、社会課題解決における強い興味・関心 ・未知の領域、自ら社会の将来像を描き実現することに対するチャレンジ精神
歓迎スキル
・コンサルティングファームにおけるマネージャー以上のご経験 ・官公庁や自治体等をクライアントとした提案、プロジェクト参画のご経験 ・ビジネス英語 ・大学の研究シーズを理解できる理系バックグラウンド

ベース給:800万円〜1,120万円+会社賞与+半期表彰制度あり ※選考の過程で源泉徴収票等の年収証明資料の提出を依頼する可能性があります。
