未経験歓迎宝飾品を扱う営業職

憧れのジュエリー業界で、営業のプロを目指しませんか?

未経験からスタートできる環境で、専門知識やスキルをしっかり身につけられます

<仕事内容>

首都圏を中心に百貨店や専門店を訪問し、当社のジュエリーを提案するお仕事です。

・催事へのご案内

当社主催の展示会「花繚展」や特別催事にお客様をご招待します。

・商品提案

新商品を提案し、店頭で展開していただくよう交渉します。

・店頭販売サポート

得意先の展示会や店頭で商品販売をお手伝いすることもあります。

・顧客管理

1人あたり10~15社を担当し、信頼関係を築きながら継続的に商品を納品します。

<未経験でも安心のサポート体制>

当部署は、ベテランが多いため、熟練の宝石知識や営業スキルを学べる中で、将来は営業全体管理者もめざせるポジションです。

入社後3か月間、商品・サービスの理解や営業の基本を学んだ後、先輩とペアを組み、電話アポや同行訪問により、営業の現場をじっくり見て学びます。1年後を目途に独り立ちです。

<じっくり学べる環境>

ジュエリーコーディネーター検定試験の受験料と登録料を負担しますので、しっかりと宝石のことを学べます。

パソコン(Word、Excel)の基本操作

宝石、貴金属製品の営業販売経験

普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

勤務時間・曜日:

土日を含むシフト制/週休二日制

9時15分~18時15分(実働8時間)

休憩60分

時間外/月平均 20時間

休暇・休日:

週休二日制

年間休日数114日

シフト制(月9~10日の休日)

入社時に4日付与。

6か月継続勤務した場合、7か月目に6日付与する。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥283,980 〜 ¥335,720は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥36,980〜¥43,720(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

毎月15日締め/当月25日支給

・住宅手当あり(上限30,000円。支給規定あり)
