仕事内容
「ベネッセ」グループ企業として「研進館」「開進館」等の学習塾で知名度を誇る、「人間教育」を行っている企業です。今回は、中学校受験を控える小学生へ中学受験【算数】【国語】の担当講師:TS(ティーチング・スタッフ)職の募集となります。
- 仕事内容:講師として下記のような業務をお任せします。
(1)授業…2ヶ月間の研修後、20名程度のクラスで1日約2コマ(90~120分×4コマ…約4時間)の授業を担当します。科目については文系か理系か選択はしていただけます。
(2)保護者会への参加…生徒の保護者に対し、受験情報や生徒達の状況について面談を実施。保護者の意見を聞いたり、情報提供を行う事もあります。
(3)教材・テキストの作成…同社オリジナルの教材、テキスト、小テスト、模擬試験などの作成にも携わります。
給与

380万円~500万円
〈月給制〉
月給 258,000円~
※経験及び適正を考慮の上決定します。
賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

勤務場所は自宅から1時間圏内を目処に決定します。

基本は、阪急沿線で関西圏のみで転勤がございます。
年1回時間割が発表され、その時間割に沿って校舎の移動が伴います。

試用期間中は月給を割りかえした時給制として約2ヶ月間勤務頂きます。
月給÷月の所定労働時間=時給
例)月給375,000円の場合、時給は2,343円(※詳細は面接時にお伝えします)
まずは2ヵ月程度の基礎研修で企業理解、商材理解、既存社員の授業見学を行います。
その後、板書の書き方や授業の教え方を学び、1単元、2単元と教える機会が増えていきます。
入社時期にもよりますが、いきなり全てを任せるのでなく、適正を見ながら徐々に業務を任せていきます。
- 評価制度:年2回、生徒に授業のアンケートを記載してもらいます。
生徒のストレートな声を重視した形で、成果の判断を行います。
- キャリアアップ;教室責任者複数店舗担当の教室責任者としてキャリアアップしていただきます。

同社が運営する進学館(中学受験部門)を担当します。
勤務場所は自宅から1時間圏内を目処に決定します。
