  • 仕事内容

宿泊事業の立ち上げに関わる、営業事務・事業サポート業務全般をお任せします。単なる事務作業ではなく、事業推進の一部として幅広く関わっていただけるポジションです。

  • 具体的な業務内容

宿泊事業の立ち上げに関わる事務全般をお任せします。

・営業資料・提案書の作成補助

・請求書、契約書、覚書等の管理・送付対応(基本オンライン)

・許認可申請・取得のサポート

・顧客(オーナー・投資家)とのメール対応、LINE対応

・案件進捗管理(スプレッドシート/Notion等)

・簡易的な数値・データの入力および整理

・その他、営業活動に付随する事務業務全般

求めている人材


【応募条件】

・学歴、経験、資格不問

・45歳未満の方(長期勤続によるキャリア形成のため)

・基本的なPCスキル(Google Workspace/Excel・スプレッドシートなど)

・事務職/営業事務/バックオフィス業務の経験(1年以上/業種問わず)

【必須経験/スキル】

・slack、Notion等の「業務効率化ツール」の基本的スキル

・正確性を求められる業務への対応力

・複数案件を並行して管理する力

・社内外との円滑なコミュニケーション能力

【歓迎経験/スキル】

・同業他社(民泊・宿泊施設の運営代行会社)での実務経験者

※宿泊業界・不動産業界の経験は不問

・宅建、行政書士、簿記等の資格

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 22日

勤務時間:10:00~19:00(内60分休憩/実働8時間)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 16万9000円 〜 23万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万8500円 〜 9万2000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり25時間 〜 45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万8000円 〜

※給与詳細は経験、能力、前職給与等を踏まえて決定

就業場所には、営業社員3名(男性)と一般事務1名(女性)が出社しています。他メンバーは基本リモートワークで勤務しており、対面・オンラインどちらもサポート体制が整っていますので、安心してスタートを切れます
