仕事内容


都市銀行の確定拠出年金に関する受電対応。

お客様からの申込・変更・進捗確認などの問い合わせに対応し、対応内容を専用端末へ入力します。

マニュアルを確認しながら進められるので、未経験でも安心してスタート可能です。

【お仕事内容】

・確定拠出年金に関する問い合わせ対応

・本人確認後、状況ヒアリング・申込状況確認・結果案内

・iDeCoの申込・変更などの手続き方法案内

・運用相談(運用商品の説明等)

・対応内容の端末入力・付随する事務処理

・エスカレーションは管理者へ連携(必要時のみ)
