Partner with all levels of Professional Education staff and other related functions across Edwards to develop and drive the execution of educational programs for health care providers and internal product trainings/sales trainings.
Manage HCP education programs; including but not limited to identifying and delivering on program logistics, obtaining compliance approval, contracting service agreements with HCPs, booking travel and site arrangements, loading program information and invoicing into the HCP Engage system, submitting expense reports in concur and maintaining budget compliance.
Manage Vendors and contracting for Professional Education programs, including but not limited to, hotels, ground transportation, airlines, travel agencies, catering, promotional materials, audio-visual and webinars
Provide solutions and collaborate with field teams, marketing teams and international Professional Education teams to share best practices on program development and HCP engagement.
Respond to field requests and inquiries regarding Professional Education programsPrepare moderately complex quarterly program metrics on educational programs.
Ensure compliance for all Professional Education Programs and financial transparency reporting.
What you'll need (Required) :
Bachelor's Degree 3 Years experience of previously related work experience Required
Education, Sales Or Marketing Work Experience With HCPs Preferred
Event planning and travel management experience Preferred
Budget Management Experience Preferred
Vendor management experience Preferred
English Skill On Business Situation Preferred
Legal, regulatory and medical review process and system experience Preferred
Proven Expertise In MS Office Suite Preferred
