同社はSCSKグループの一員として、SAP領域を中心に事業を拡大しており、
SAPコンサルタントやABAP開発エンジニアを募集しています。
SAPS/4HANAやECC等を対象とした各種プロジェクトにおいて、
ABAPを用いたアプリケーション開発・カスタマイズ・技術支援を行い、
顧客の業務最適化やシステム改善を推進します。
多様な業界の大手企業案件でSAPシステムの導入・運用・改善プロジェクトを推進し、
広範囲な業務を経験可能です。
ITシステム第一課と第三課のいずれかに配属予定で、
SAP領域では自社社員とビジネスパートナーを合わせて14名程度が従事しています。
ABAPスペシャリスト、開発リーダーなど多様なキャリアパスがあり、
成長を後押しする制度も多数用意されています。
【具体的には】
・ SAPS/4HANAやECC等を対象とした各種導入・移行・運用保守プロジェクトにおいて、
ABAPを用いたアプリケーション開発・カスタマイズ・技術支援により、
顧客の業務最適化やシステム改善を推進
・ SAPS/4HANAやECCの新規導入・リプレイス・運用保守プロジェクトでのアプリケーション開発
・ ABAPによる機能追加(カスタマイズ・アドオン開発)や、既存システムの改修・改善
・ データ移行プログラムの設計・開発、運用効率化・自動化ツールの開発
【求める人材】
【必須】
・ ABAPでのSAP開発経験(目安:3年以上/バージョン不問。カスタム、アドオン対象PJ経験尚可)
・ S/4HANA、ECC両環境対応または最新技術へのキャッチアップ経験
・ 他言語開発や運用自動化、RPA/AIツール活用経験
【給与】
年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
