人事企画【制度の企画・改定に携われる/国内シェアトップクラス/年休123日】
【仕事内容】
<概要>
人事戦略の推進役として、制度の企画・運用、採用、人材育成など、幅広い業務に携わります。特に、2002年に改定された人事制度を現代に合わせて抜本的に見直す重要なミッションを担うポジションです。
<担当業務>
ご経験やスキルに応じて、以下の人事関連業務の中からいくつかをお任せします。

- 人事制度の企画・運用(評価・報酬制度の見直しなど)
- 採用戦略の立案・実行(新卒・中途・グローバル採用)
- 人材育成・教育体系の構築(階層別研修、管理職研修など)
- 人事関連規程の整備、要員計画の策定
- 労務管理、メンタルヘルス対応体制の整備
- 海外拠点との人事連携(制度導入、人材交流など)
