Job Description: Project Engineer (BESS)


Location: Tokyo, Japan


Job Type: Full-time


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee electrical project management tasks, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Support the procurement of equipment and materials necessary for projects.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in electrical engineering projects.
  • Experience working in the energy sector is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to completion.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: ¥7,000,000 - ¥11,000,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
