Job Description: Project Engineer (BESS)
Location: Tokyo, Japan
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee electrical project management tasks, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Support the procurement of equipment and materials necessary for projects.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in electrical engineering projects.
- Experience working in the energy sector is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
