Position Overview
We are looking for motivated Project Engineers with backgrounds in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidates will bring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to support projects from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects
- Review and prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and project reporting
- Provide technical support and help resolve challenges throughout the construction process
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and local regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant project engineering experience in construction or related sectors
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a project team in a fast-paced environment
- Japanese language fluency is a plus but not required
- Candidates must currently be based in Hawaii, or the U.S. mainland (relocation package to Japan provided)
