園児数増加により、新しく一緒に働いてくれる仲間を募集します

【勤務先の施設】

学校法人相模中央学園は、0歳から9歳までのゴールデンエイジを本気で応援する学園です

今回の募集では、幼稚園型認定こども園中央幼稚園にて3~5歳児クラスの補助スタッフを担当していただきます。

学園内には企業主導型保育園、小規模保育園、幼稚園型認定こども園、学童があり、

各年齢に合わせた教育を行っています。

※全て同敷地内ですので、引っ越しを伴う異動はありません。

【具体的な仕事内容】

フリー教諭として、さまざまなクラスに担任サポートとして入っていただきます。

・清掃や用具の準備など、環境整備

・子どもたちの出欠名簿管理

・主活動の補助

・給食準備

・子どもたちの食事介助

・降園補助

【中央幼稚園の雰囲気】

  • わからないことは先輩が丁寧に指導します職員室はフリーアドレスで、フラットな空間になっています。先生たちが活発にお話しできる環境です。
  • 自分専用のロッカーがあり、自然と個を認め合う雰囲気があります。
  • 経験年数に合わせた研修制度もあるので、スキルアップしながら日々の保育にあたることができます。
  • 園内にはパート・正職員含めて約80名の先生たちがいます。手厚い人員配置で、支え合いながら働ける環境です。

・7:00~19:00の間でシフト制

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 22万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり
