FPTコンサルティングジャパン株式会社では、クライアントの経営改革や業務変革を支援するため、BPG(ビジネスプロフェッショナルグループ)チームを新たに拡大しております。

近年の生成AIやデータドリブン経営など、企業のITを活用したビジネスの変革ニーズが急速に高まっております。

BPGチームでは、インダストリーやソリューションといった領域の縛りを設けずに、クライアントの経営層や重要な意思決定者と直接向き合い、上流から課題解決に携わるコンサルティング案件の需要が増加しています。

  • ミッション

入社後は、国内外の大手クライアントの経営層や部長クラスと直接対峙し、経営戦略やDX推進、業務改革などの超上流フェーズから伴走型で課題解決をリードしていただきます。

ご自身の経験や志向に応じて、IT・AI・データ活用などの最先端テーマにも携わり、市場価値の高い知見を獲得することができます。

  • 職務内容

以下領域より適性や希望を鑑みてアサインを決定します。

・経営戦略 事業戦略策定

・IT企画支援、DX戦略策定、業務高度化構想策定支援、CIOサポート

・ITアーキテクト、システム開発支援、デジタルプラットフォーム検討活用支援

など

  • 支援業界

金融業界(メガバンクや大手信託など)、製造業(大手家電、自動車メーカー、ロボティクス)、通信業界など、いずれも日本を代表する日系グローバル企業です。

これらの業界のプライム案件にコンサルタントとして支援しております。

・大手金融機関における経理業務集約化の構想策定からプロジェクト支援

・希望や身に着けたいスキルをもとに、アサインを決定します。

・1プール制で特定業界やソリューションに偏らず幅広い経験が可能です。

・若手でも実力次第でリーダーやサブリーダーとしてアサイン、活躍可能です。

・基本的に一つのクライアントに100%アサイン。

  • 組織構成

部署人数:約120名

  • メンバーのバックグラウンド

大手SIベンダーやコンサルティングファーム、製造業、金融機関などでプロジェクトワークやDX、業務改善の経験者が多く、コンサル未経験からでも充実の研修体制が整っております。

  • 働き方について

・基本はクライアント先に常駐します。案件によってはリモートも活用可能です。

・残業時間メンバークラス20時間程度、マネージャー以上30時間程度

・BPGチームでは、メンバークラスであってもクライアント案件の中核人物(経営陣や部長職)と直接コミュニケーションを取っていただくことができます。コンサルタントとして、真に上流からクライアントの課題に対峙して課題解決をしていくことができます。

・すべての案件が1次受け案件であり、プロジェクトオーナー側に立って、コンサルやSIといったベンダーをコントロールし、ビジネスとテクノロジーの課題を解決していきます。
