仕事内容


当社は女性向けエンタメ市場を中心に事業領域を拡大している企業です。

代表姉妹である中島杏奈・瑞木のもと、2014年創業、2021年当時のマザーズ市場に上場。

IPホルダーとしてスマートフォンゲーム・グッズ販売・イベント企画等、

多方面の展開を行い、総合エンターテインメント企業としての新たな価値創出を目指しています。

今後は、女性向け市場での更なるヒット創出、そして海外市場進出も視野に、更なる事業拡大を目指しております。

本ポジションでは、エンタメ市場における経営戦略策定に取り組みます。

戦略コンサル出身の経営戦略室長と共に当社の経営戦略の立案、業績の分析、市場調査・予測、経営課題の解決、M&Aの検討等に携わっていただきます。

・高度な判断力、マネジメント能力、交渉力を問われる職務において成果を出した経験

1000万円 〜 5000万円

年俸制
月給換算:721,412円〜3,632,560円
※管理監督者としてのオファーの場合:管理監督者手当 174,850円〜260,950円
※45時間みなし残業代込みでのオファーの場合:みなし残業代 189,126円〜942,011円
※上記条件を基本に、ご経験や期待する役割・役職、スキルに応じ条件を決定いたします。

フレックスタイム制度(コアタイム12:00〜17:00)
