初めて利用する法人顧客に対し、お電話を通じて

採用成功までのコンサルティング・伴走支援を行います。

【具体的な業務内容】

・ オンボーディング支援

掲載開始の手続き案内、システムの操作レクチャー

・ 課題ヒアリング・提案

採用が滞っている原因を深く掘り下げ、スカウト配信や

原稿改善などの具体的な施策を提案

・ 進捗管理

応募状況の確認や、選考・面接のリマインド

・ 施策立案

顧客の採用成功(=自社の売上)を最大化させるための戦略立案

「担当制」のため、一過性の電話ではなく顧客と深い信頼関係を築けます。

新規立ち上げチームのため、オペレーション設計やルール作りにも関われます。

求める人材:

・顧客のニーズヒアリングを重視する実務経験がある方(必須)

(例:アパレル・携帯等の接客販売、営業、ウェディングプランナー等)

・ 基本的なPC操作スキルをお持ちの方

・ 求人広告業界や人材業界での実務経験

・ 営業事務等で、社内外と連携しながらマルチタスクをこなした経験

・ 想定年収:353万円~450万円

・ 月収:273,000円~348,000円
