仕事内容
<仕事概要>
教育研修事業部で扱っているサービスに対して興味関心を示すリードを創出する販売促進業務をご担当いただきます。
<業務詳細>
インサイドセールス部隊に繋ぐ有効なリード獲得、および顧客需要の顕在化に向けた活動を行います。
・販売促進セミナーの企画、コンテンツ制作、配信運営(月2回以上の配信を確保するため、年間計画のもと始動します)
・シーズナルに合わせた販売促進活動(メルマガ制作と配信、チラシの制作、営業向け案内テンプレの作成など)
・外部メディア(『日本の人事部』)を用いた商品PRやホワイトペーパーのダウンロード促進を通じたリード獲得(ホワイトペーパーの制作、商品情報のブラッシュアップなど)
・事業部および他事業部が販売可能な商品企画書の改訂やそれに向けた他事業部との施策連携
※上記以外にも業務は多岐に渡りますが、スキルや経験、キャリア展望などを総合的に加味し、担当業務を決定いたします。
<チームのミッション(目指している方向性)>
「顕在顧客をインサイドセールスに送客する」事を大きなミッションとしています。その実現に向け「販売促進」を目的としたセミナーや「購買意欲を醸成するメルマガ」などを用い、定常的なリードを供給する事を主眼に置いています。
【目指している方向性】
インサイドセールスを中心に営業部門との連携を行いながら、間接的な受注貢献を行っていきます。
その為に必要な地盤形成(営業部門が普段の活動で利用する商材チラシなど)や他事業部との連携も行っていきます。
またアプローチ手法は多分に用意されている環境のため、計画的な「ダイレクトセリング(直接的な受注貢献)」も視野に事業寄与度合いを拡大していく想定です。

<必須スキル>
- BtoB領域での営業・販促・マーケいずれかの実務経験(2年以上)
- 営業資料や商材チラシ、提案書の作成・改訂経験(ビジネス要件を踏まえ訴求を磨き込んだ実績)

- クリエイティブ制作ツールを業務利用していた経験(HPの公開用バナー作成、ホワイトペーパーの校閲など)
- ソリューション営業(顧客の課題解決を主軸とした、提案型営業)の経験
