Think Academy Japan は、TAL グループ (Xueersi) (NYSE: TAL) の傘下に海外校です。日本在住の方々に向けて、5歳から10歳までの子供たちに思考力を養うオンライン算数授業を提供しています。 21 年間にわたる独自の教育研究システムのもと、日本の算数教育に基づいて、思考力を養いながら、算数オリンピックや中学受験などにむけてオリジナルなコースを提供しています。子供たちが好きで、親が安心できるようなコースづくりにこだわっています。

仕事内容
】
- 日本の小学生に日本語で算数を教える:
- Think Academy 日本校が独自に開発した教科書に基づいて教える
- 自社のAPPを使用
- 生徒たちの算数への興味をそそるため、トレニンーグや能力向上イベントなどに参加
- コースの準備と最適化:
- 授業に向けてきちんと練習すること
- 教案を作ること
- 学生のフィードバックに基づいたコースを改善すること
- 個性に合わせて指導する:
- 学力や個性などに基づいて特殊支援を提供する
- 生徒の特別なニーズを満たすための個別指導
- 評価とフィードバック:
- 定期的に宿題をチェックすること
- 定期的にテストや試験を実施し、生徒の学習進度を評価します。
- 定期的に生徒の学習状況について保護者とコミュニケーションをとる

職務要件
】
- 学歴:
- 日本の名門大学に在学中、学士・修士どちらでも可
- 理系専攻、数学に優れる
- スキル要件:
- 教育事業に興味があり、子供が大好きで、強い責任感を持っています。
- 小学校の算数を指導した経験のある者を優先(学校、団体、個人問わず可)
- 生徒、保護者、と効率的に対話できる優れたコミュニケーションスキル
- 活発で社交的な性格、カメラセンスが高い方が優先
- 言語スキル:
- 日本語を母国語とする者、できれば簡単な英語/中国語のコミュニケーション能力を持つこと
