<研修の流れ>

研修内容は、下記の通りです。
・コンプライアンス研修(座学)
・商品知識研修(座学)
・活動フロー研修(座学+同行)
始めにしっかりマナー、
活動するためのルール、
商材知識の研修を行います。

トップセールスマンから
実際に営業現場で使える
ノウハウをレクチャーいたします。

活動開始後も何か困った時、
イレギュラーなことが発生して際にも、

《研修内容》
①座学(入社~5日)
ビジネスマナー
個人情報の扱い方
通信の仕組み など
「名刺交換をする理由」のような
基本的なことからしっかりお教えします。
②お客様との接し方(入社6日~10日)
雑談から商品説明への移り方
声のトーンやリズム など
③サポートスタッフに同行(入社11日~)
実際の仕事の進め方を学びます。
お客様訪問時も不安がなくなるまでは
サポートスタッフが同行します。
