◇仕事内容◇

パーソナルメイクアップサロンにて、

お客様の悩みを改善するためのメイク技術を提案いただきます。

<具体的には>

・パーソナルカラー診断や骨格診断を用いたカウンセリング

・サブスクプランのご提案、45分〜1時間のメイクレッスン

・店舗業務(備品管理・清掃・電話対応など)

・公式SNSでのお客様対応や予約管理

アクセス:

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,000 〜 ¥300,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥17,000(11時間相当分)を含む。11時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

【給与】

・月給:26.0万円〜30.0万円

┗※研修期間(3ヶ月間):月給23万円〜(業務委託契約)

┗※随時昇給・インセンティブあり

【年収例】

-年収:3,720,000円(美容部員4年目/サロン1年目)

┗月収内訳:基本給260,000円+インセンティブ50,000円(※実績により変動あり)
