【 仕事内容 】

個別指導塾での開校準備から閉校作業まで

15時30分:開校準備・事務作業

・教室の清掃、換気

・生徒登校・授業開始

・生徒が学校終わりに続々と登校

・各生徒対応

・各自学習開始

21時00分:授業終了・閉校作業

・最終授業の終了、生徒の下校指導

・教室の片付け、明日の準備

21時10分:退勤

・施錠、電気・空調の消灯して退勤

授業については、システムがあるので

補助的役割とサポート業務、

システムを使えない生徒には

直接指導していただきます。

その他、

シフト管理・調整:講師のシフト作成や急な欠勤時の調整

生徒・保護者対応:入塾面談、進路相談など

基本給:時給 1500円 〜

時給1500円以上

別途交通費支給(全額)

給与例


月収18万1500円

時給1500円×5.5時間×22日勤務
