【具体的な仕事内容】

電気工事会社、建築業者、電材商社様など

既存のお客様を中心に、スイッチやコンセントなど

様々な配線器具のご提案をお任せします。

[1]訪問

お付き合いのある取引先様や代理店様から、

新しく建設されるマンションや公営住宅などの

情報をお聞きし、アポイントを取得◎

お付き合いのある企業様からお話をいただいているので

断られることはほぼありません

[2]提案・納品

お客様のご要望をお聞きし、ニーズに合った製品をご提案。

図面や現場の条件を確認し、納期や仕様についての

打ち合わせや納品までをお任せします。

<入社後の流れ>

半年を目途に最初は先輩のサポートで入りながら、

徐々に引き継ぎを行います。

お客様を知り尽くした先輩がしっかり

サポートしてくれるので安心です。

1年ほどで独り立ちを目指していきましょう

数字のノルマはありませんが、目標や

目標までのプロセスをしっかりと評価しています。

既存顧客を上司・先輩から引き継ぐ形となるため

予算も計算しやすく達成率のブレも少ないです◎

■ 業務分担で営業に集中できる

アシスタントや代理店・工務店担当の営業と連携し、

役割を明確化しています。

また、分からないことは技術スタッフにすぐ質問でき、

営業活動に専念できるようサポート環境を整えています◎

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:30(実働8時間)

※残業は月平均10~15時間程度

だらだらと残業するのではなく、集中して時間内に仕事を終わらせるのが当社のスタイル。

もし終わらなければ明日に仕事を回して定時退社する社員もいます

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,000 〜 ¥260,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000(16時間42分相当分)を含む。16時間42分を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給23万円~26万円+賞与年2回 ※昨年度実績4.4ヶ月分

※年齢・経験を考慮し、優遇します。

※上記の月給額には、固定残業代3万円(19時間12分~16時間42分)が含まれています。

※固定残業時間を満たない場合も全額支給。

※超過分の残業代は別途支給します。

■試用期間中

月給20万円~23万円+残業代別途支給+各種手当

※試用期間中は固定残業代は含みません。

※残業代は別途支給します。

※その他待遇は変わりありません。
