仕事内容:

「もう普通のとんかつには戻れない」をコンセプトとしたとんかつ専門店です。

BAKE出身の元役員と「とんかつけい太」出身の料理人によるブランドで、最高級銘柄豚を肉厚にカットし、生パン粉・低温調理・羽釜で炊いたご飯など、食材と調理にこだわった定食を提供します。

単なるアルバイトに留まらず、業務を通して自分自身を大きく成長させられるアルバイト経験を積める「他にはない環境」です。

■業務内容

  • ホール業務:食事の提供、ドリンク作り、テーブル・カウンターの片付け・清掃、店内整備などの接客業務。
  • キッチン業務:仕込み補助、揚げ物補助、簡単な盛り付け(ご飯・味噌汁・キャベツ等)、調理補助作業(マニュアルあり)。
  • 皿洗い・洗い場業務:食器・調理器具の洗浄、厨房内の清掃・片付け、ゴミ処理等の衛生管理補助。
  • その他:開店準備・閉店作業の補助、備品の簡易確認や片付け等。
