仕事内容:

大手住宅会社で、主に住宅のオーナーの情報整理を中心としたデータ管理と事務サポートをお願いします。

専用システムのデータをExcelなどにコピーペースト、取りまとめ、集計をお願いします。

また、管理課の社員さんのお手伝いとして、システム・マニュアル関連、新システムリリース前の動作検証、

業務マニュアル作成の補助、社内スタッフへの状況確認連絡、不在時の一次取次、配送業者の受取対応もお任せします。

状況に応じてデータ管理入力との業務比率が変動します。
