仕事内容:

高画質TVにおける4K8K映像の視聴設備メンテナンスをお任せします。

TVのことで困っているマンションの入居者さまからお問い合わせをいただいたら、実際に訪問して交換や修理などの対応を行います。

在籍メンバーの9割が未経験からスタートしている為、経験やスキルなどは関係なくご活躍いただけるお仕事です。

【具体的な業務内容】

・テレビ設備の修理

テレビ設備のどこが悪いかの障害調査、修理対応を行います。

・アンテナの交換

屋上に設置してある地デジ用や衛星用のアンテナなどの交換を行います。

・機器の修理、交換

廊下などマンション共用部に設置されたTV機器の電波強弱を確認、調整します。

・テレビ設備の事前調査

マンションにどのような設備がついているか?を調査、報告していただきます。

勤務時間・曜日:

就業時間/平日8:45~17:45(月平均残業:5~10h)

休日休暇/土日祝(年間120日以上)

※輪番制の為、3週間に1回程度「土 or 日曜日」に出勤となる場合がございます。

※休日出勤の場合は、時間外手当が付きます。

休暇・休日:

・土日祝休み(休日に出勤した場合は代休を取得)

・年間休日120日以上(GW休暇、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月額:31万円~38万円(各種手当有:職務手当、住宅手当、家族手当など)

・438万円(入社1年目/20代/男性)

※基本給26万円+職務手当4万円+住宅手当4万円

・512万円(入社1年目/30代男性)

※基本給30万円+職務手当4万円+住宅手当4万円+家族手当1.8万円
