【About this Position】

The development engineering team is expanding due to an increase in the number of projects we handle from PoC to full development (system production implementation).

You will promote the development of systems/services using machine learning in collaboration with our solution designers, machine learning engineers, and external partner companies. Specifically, you will be responsible for all phases of machine learning system development from requirement definition to design, development, testing, and operation for production implementation after PoC.

【 Requirements】

■Required

・3+ years of development experience with at least two of the following languages: Python or statically typed languages.

・Experience in RDB design with understanding of INDEX, PK, etc., and ability to optimize SQL.

・Experience in developing systems using cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure, etc.) (private development experience is also acceptable)

・Experience in designing and building infrastructure (both on-premise and cloud).

・3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, testing, and operating a system that is being developed under a multi-person team.

・Experience managing code using GitHub or GitLab.

・Experience as a project leader or equivalent

• Experience in training and assigning tasks to members of a development organization

• Experience reviewing deliverables produced by others

■Preferred

・Experience in system development utilizing the three major elements of object-oriented systems (encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism).

・Experience in building, managing, and optimizing systems using open source software (OSS) such as Apache)

・Experience utilizing middleware.

・Mathematical background and knowledge necessary to understand machine learning

・Experience in front-end development

・Experience with MLOps.

・Ability to design architectures that take into account non-functional requirements (cost optimization, availability, security, etc.)
