私たちは、回転寿司の皿やホテルの鍵に使われる「RFID(ICタグ)」の技術でトップクラスのシェアを誇る企業です。今回募集するのは、製品の質を守る「品質保証」。

難しい資格は必要ありません。ExcelやWordなどの基本操作ができれば、まずは合格点。

「なぜ不具合が起きたのか?」を論理的に整理し、丁寧な報告書を作る。

【主なお仕事の内容】

  • 製品や部材の受け入れ試験・出荷試験

自動測定機やノギス・マイクロメーターなどを使用して計測します。

  • 品質情報の管理

品質に関する改善要望を出すなど、情報分析や結果に基づく改善を促進します。

  • 品質保証

顧客からの要求に応えられる基準をクリアしているかどうか判断します。

  • 品質目標値の可視化

  • 分析・改善

出荷後に品質不良が生じた場合は原因の分析や改善策を考えていただきます。

  • レポート提出・説明

お客様から製品の品質に関する連絡が入った際、責任者と現地を訪問し、責任所在を明確にします。

技術的なアドバイスや、時には不具合の説明を行うこともあります。

単なる「お詫び」ではなく、再発防止に向けた「前向きな提案」を大切にしています。

【当社の技術について】

当社の扱うメインの技術は「RFID」技術。

回転寿司の皿からホテルの鍵まで。実はあなたの身近にある『RFID』。

参入障壁が高い技術だからこそ、不況に強く、一生モノのスキルが身につきます。

詳しく言うと、RFIDとは、電波を使用して情報を非接触で読み取る自動認識技術のことで、

例えばキッズパークなどで見かけるハイテクなリストバンドや、回転寿司のお寿司のお皿の裏に貼ってるタグなどにも活用されています。私たちの生活を、実はかなり支えている企業なんです

求めている人材


「健康で、コツコツ誠実に仕事に取り組める方」を人物重視で採用します

必須:基本的なPC操作(Word、Excel、メール等)ができる方

※高度な関数は不要。入力作業や簡単な表作成に抵抗がなければOK

歓迎:製造現場や検査の経験がある方(アルバイト経験も可)

※「現場の気持ち」がわかる方は、報告書作成や顧客説明でその経験を活かせます。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

9時~18時

ただし、毎週週初めは朝の勉強会を8時45分から実施(残業代支給)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 23万円 〜

固定残業代:なし
